Order changes & cancellation

Please contact us immediately with your order number, checkout email and the change you need. Choose Order change or cancellation.

We will check whether processing can still be stopped. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation or an address change. If the order has already progressed, the return policy may apply after delivery.

If an unfulfilled order is canceled, the appropriate refund is sent to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to display it. For an item we cannot ship or a shipping delay, we will explain the options available to you.
