Find your shipment
Open the shipment notification sent to the email used at checkout and follow its tracking link. Your order confirmation may also include a link to your order status. If you use a customer account, sign in with the same email to review available orders.
No movement yet?
A tracking number can be created before the carrier receives a parcel. Allow time for the first carrier scan. Some orders arrive in several packages, with separate tracking numbers. Check your notifications for each shipment.

If tracking is missing, stalled or shows an unexpected delivery, use our contact form and choose Shipping & tracking. Include your order number and checkout email. Never share payment-card details.
