Shopping with MOLIVRAÉ

These terms apply to purchases and use of molivrae.com. By ordering, you confirm that you can enter into a purchase agreement and that your checkout information is accurate. Our store is hosted by Shopify. These terms operate alongside our shipping, returns and privacy policies and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Products, images and availability

Product descriptions, measurements, options and care information on each product page describe the item offered. Editorial campaign images illustrate styling; accessories or other pieces are included only if the listing says so. Lighting and screens can affect color appearance. Availability may change before an order is accepted or fulfilled. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about available options or a refund.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order; we may review availability, payment and fraud concerns before fulfillment. If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before making a substantive change, or cancel and refund an unfulfilled order where appropriate.

Offers and cancellations

Offer-specific conditions apply. Our welcome offer is 15% off eligible full-price merchandise on the first order for email subscribers, once per customer, with no minimum and no combination with other discount codes. Sale merchandise is excluded. See welcome offer details. Later promotions do not create a right to a retroactive price adjustment.

Cancellation and address-change requests should be sent immediately through our contact form. We cannot guarantee changes once processing starts. If a cancellation is no longer possible, eligible items may be returned under our return policy.

Delivery and returns

Delivery destinations, charges and timing are explained in our Shipping information. Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Refunds, item condition, return costs and defects are covered by our Returns & exchanges page.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account access details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, scrape personal information or misuse other people’s payment or account details. Store materials may not be reproduced commercially without authorization from the relevant rights holder.

Service issues, rights and updates

We take reasonable care with store information and functionality, but interruptions and errors can occur. Please report an issue through our contact form so we can help. Nothing in these terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory consumer rights in these terms.

Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. The terms disclosed when an order is placed govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed. Last updated: October 31, 2026.
